We want you to love your MAKEUP BY MARIO products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Once your return request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Carefully pack your gently used products in the original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

Drop off your package at any USPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
